During Your Stay

Getting around
  • During the day, the PAB entrance is attended by gate guards. Ask the  guard for a visitor pass in your windshield while you visit the Shankin cottage.
  • When PAB entrance guards are off duty, the security gate is in operation. Ask your head of family for the passcode to open it.
  • Golf carts are available for anyone with a valid driver's license. Be sure to recharge the battery when you're done. You can also rent golf carts for $20/day from PAB, see Joey Sancrant to do so
  • The speed limit for all motor vehicles in PAB is 15mph
  • Bikes are stored in the garage, and PAB community bikes are available by the hotel

Golf, tennis, and pickleball
  • The golf course is open to all residents. Be sure to follow the dress code, and check the rules of play.
  • Shirts and soft-soled tennis shoes are required on the tennis courts. Check the rules posted on the courts for details.

Bonfires need to be pre-approved from Joey Sancrant

Sorry, no dogs allowed!

Please be courteous to our neighbors. Keep the noise level down late at night, and be mindful of their property on shared spaces like the beach.

Did you know? In 1665 the French priest, Claude Allouez, named the area Pointe aux Barques, "point of boats" in French, for the rocky shoreline that resembled the prows of ships.
